If it's not the case. Usually it's because of the "formating" of the PDF given by the candidate. Our process cannot merge PDF files that are faulty.

Try to create a bundle of less candidates/files. It can overwhelm the resource of the server and the request cannot be completed.

The bare minimum is a GASPAR (guest) account. The PC chair or the sysadmin of the instance should give rights to see the submissions after that.
It means that anyone in the EPFL can access HotCRP but they will never see the submissions.

Be careful, when the ETUDB process creates records in HotCRP, a fake submission needs to be created to activate the review process. After this submission is created (and deleted), the search bar and the submissions should appear.
